Booker Prize Winner

Julian Barnes just won the Booker Prize, one of the most prestigious literature awards around, for The Sense of an Ending. It’s about an old man who has to re-examine his past when an unexpected letter arrives. That sounds like someting for Mr. Blinn. I’m off now to finish The Cat in the Hat.

Person Cat

What do I like best about being a library cat? Meeting lots of people! I guess you could say I’m a person cat. Sometimes I think I’m a person too…well, a small person with fur, a tail, claws, and a pink nose who uses the bathroom in a litter box.
